On Friday, June 21, June Dairy Day will be held at the Adair County Cooperative Extension Services Office on Fairground Street from 11; 30 a.m. until 1 p.m. It is sponsored by the Adair County Future Farmers of America and the City of Columbia. Free ice cream will be distributed as a courtesy of Prairie Farms. Giveaways are sponsored by Dairy Alliance as long as supplies last. Trenton Page, the new president of Kentucky Future Farmers of America, will be in attendance.
